"Finding Joy in The Journey in 2009!"
	Excerpt from:  2009 State of The Church Address By:  Rev. Dr. Laura Early "Truly, God blessed us in 2008.  We have grown, not only in number, but in the commitment and depth of our discipleship.  I have been pleased to see and work with new and emerging leadership within our congregation.  As a new year unfolds, I challenge every member and our supporting friends to begin with an overwhelming Attitude of Gratitude for how far God has brought us over the past eleven years.  With the love, prayers, and financial support of hundreds of individuals and dozens of local congregations we will realize our vision for the Place of Possibilities in 2009.  May we face the future with hope...believing we will find Joy In The Journey! When it is Tough...we will tough it out.  When it is hard...We will hardly notice.  When it is Demanding...We will demand more of ourselves.  When it is Fearful...We will be fearless.  When it is Tiresome...We will be tireless.  There will be Joy In The Journey.  We will seek it and we will find it...In the promise of God's love; In the peace of God's presence; In the place of God's choosing, and In the Possibility of God's plan."
